All Kat Krush products are made to order to reduce waste and maintain quality.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve it.
To request a replacement, include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue

Refunds are only issued for approved cases where items are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the issue has been reviewed.
Customers are not required to return faulty or incorrect items unless requested.
