Products and Design

What is Kat Krush?

Kat Krush is an independent UK streetwear brand focused on considered design, restrained graphics, oversized silhouettes and heavyweight garments designed for repeat wear.

Our approach is built around Quiet Confidence: clothing with presence, without unnecessary noise.

Where are Kat Krush products designed?

Kat Krush designs are created in the United Kingdom.

Garments are produced to order through a trusted UK fulfilment partner and dispatched from the UK.

What does “produced to order” mean?

A Kat Krush garment enters production after an order has been accepted.

This allows us to respond to genuine customer orders rather than holding unnecessary quantities of finished printed stock.

Produced to order describes the production method. It does not mean that a standard Kat Krush product is personalised or custom-made for the individual customer.

Are Kat Krush products unisex?

Kat Krush garments are designed to be worn according to personal style rather than restrictive gender categories.

Each product page explains the intended fit and provides garment measurements. We recommend choosing according to those measurements and the silhouette you prefer.

Are all Kat Krush garments oversized?

Many Kat Krush T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts use an oversized or relaxed silhouette, but the exact construction varies between garment styles.

Check the individual product description and size guide before ordering.

What materials do you use?

Materials vary according to the garment.

The relevant product page provides the composition, fabric weight and available material information for that particular product.

Where a product uses organic or recycled materials, this will be stated on its product page.

Are the colours exactly as shown?

We take reasonable care to represent product colours accurately.

However, colours can appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting and display calibration. Fabrics may also show reasonable variations in shade, texture or finish.

Can the printed design vary slightly?

Minor variations in print scale or placement can occur between garments and sizes as part of the normal production process.

These should not materially change the design or the overall appearance of the product.

Do you restock products?

Product, garment, size and colour availability may change.

Some products may return when the relevant garment and colour remain available. Other designs or colourways may be refined, replaced or retired as the collections develop.

We do not use artificial scarcity, and we cannot guarantee that an unavailable product will return.

Sizing and Fit

What size should I order?

Check the size guide and garment measurements on the individual product page before ordering.

Do not automatically size up for an oversized look. Many Kat Krush garments already have an intentionally oversized or relaxed construction.

Compare the product measurements with a garment you already own and like the fit of.

How should an oversized Kat Krush garment fit?

The intended silhouette may include:

  • a relaxed body;
  • dropped shoulders;
  • wider sleeves;
  • additional room through the chest; and
  • a structured or heavyweight drape.

The final fit will depend on your height, body shape and personal preference.

What should I do if I am between sizes?

Use the garment measurements rather than relying only on your usual labelled size.

Choose the smaller option for a slightly more controlled silhouette or the larger option for additional room, provided that this matches the measurements and intended fit shown on the product page.

Can I return a product if the size is wrong?

Yes. Eligible size returns are covered by the Kat Krush 30-day returns policy.

You are responsible for the return-postage cost where the correct product and size were supplied but you decide another size would suit you better.

The returned product must meet the applicable return-condition requirements.

Prices and Payment

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are shown in pounds sterling, or GBP (£).

Does Kat Krush charge VAT?

Kat Krush is not currently registered for VAT.

VAT is therefore not added to your order or shown as a separate charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

The available secure payment methods are displayed during checkout.

These may include debit cards, credit cards, PayPal or other approved payment services.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Unless a particular promotion states otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order.

Discount codes cannot normally be combined or applied retrospectively to a completed order.

Orders and Production

How long does production take?

Production and processing normally take approximately 2–4 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Production may occasionally take longer during periods of high demand, garment-supply delays or additional quality checks.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Email hello@katkrush.com immediately if you notice an error or wish to request a change.

We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that a product, design, size, colour or delivery address can be changed once production or fulfilment has begun.

Can I cancel my order before dispatch?

Contact hello@katkrush.com immediately if you wish to request a cancellation.

We will try to stop the order where possible, but production normally begins shortly after an order is accepted.

This operational limitation does not remove any statutory cancellation or return rights that apply to your order.

Why have I not received an order email?

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first.

Also confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct. Contact hello@katkrush.com with your name and order details if you still cannot find the email.

Shipping and Delivery

Where does Kat Krush deliver?

Kat Krush currently accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

International delivery is not currently available.

How long does UK delivery take?

Our usual estimates are:

  • Production and processing: approximately 2–4 business days.
  • UK delivery after dispatch: approximately 1–3 business days.
  • Total estimated delivery: approximately 3–7 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

How much does delivery cost?

The available delivery method and charge are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete payment.

Will I receive tracking information?

Where tracking is available for the selected delivery service, the tracking information will be included in or linked from your dispatch email.

Tracking may take some time to update after the parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.

What should I do if my order is late?

Contact hello@katkrush.com if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.

Include your full name and order number so that we can investigate.

Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my parcel. What should I do?

First check:

  • with other members of your household;
  • with immediate neighbours;
  • around your property;
  • in any nominated safe place; and
  • for a delivery card, message or photograph.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact hello@katkrush.com promptly so that we can investigate with the delivery provider.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error.

We will try to correct it, but changes may not be possible after production or dispatch has begun.

If an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, you may need to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery.

Returns and Refunds

What is the Kat Krush return period?

Kat Krush offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products purchased through katkrush.com.

This includes your statutory online cancellation rights during the first 14 days and an additional voluntary Kat Krush return period through day 30.

How do I request a return?

Email hello@katkrush.com before sending anything back.

Include:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • the product or products being returned; and
  • a clear statement that you wish to cancel or return the order.

We will provide the correct return instructions and address.

Do not return a product to the sender or fulfilment address shown on the parcel unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

What happens if I request a return within 14 days?

You have the statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

After notifying us within that period, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.

For a valid statutory cancellation, the refund includes:

  • the price paid for the returned product; and
  • the cost of our least expensive standard outward delivery option, where you paid a delivery charge.

What happens if I request a return between day 15 and day 30?

Kat Krush voluntarily accepts eligible returns through day 30 after delivery.

You must notify us and hand the product to the postal or delivery service no later than day 30.

For an extended-policy return:

  • the product must be clean, unworn other than briefly trying it on, unwashed and in resalable condition;
  • you pay the return postage; and
  • the refund covers the product price but not the original outward delivery charge.

Are returns free?

For change-of-mind, size or colour returns, you are responsible for the return-postage cost.

Kat Krush covers reasonable return costs when a return is required because the product is faulty, damaged, misprinted, incorrect or not as described.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. Kat Krush does not charge a restocking or refund-administration fee.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not currently operate a direct exchange service.

To change a size or colour:

  1. Return the original eligible product for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the preferred product.

A replacement provided for a faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect product is handled separately.

How long does a refund take?

For a statutory cancellation, the refund will normally be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

For a voluntary day 15–30 return, the refund will normally be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the product.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Where will my refund be sent?

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Where a discount was used, the refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned product.

Can sale or discounted products be returned?

Yes. Eligible sale and discounted products have the same statutory cancellation and faulty-product rights as full-price products.

They may also be returned under the Kat Krush 30-day policy unless a legally permitted restriction was clearly stated as part of the particular promotion.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

What should I do if my order arrives faulty or incorrect?

Email hello@katkrush.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Include:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • clear photographs of the product, design, packaging and visible damage where reasonably possible.

Photographs help us investigate the problem quickly, but requesting them does not remove your statutory rights.

Please wait for our instructions before returning or disposing of the product.

What solutions are available for a faulty product?

Depending on the circumstances and when the fault is reported, you may be entitled to:

  • a refund;
  • a replacement;
  • a repair where appropriate;
  • a price reduction; or
  • another remedy required by consumer law.

UK consumers normally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund.

What is not normally considered a fault?

The following will not normally be treated as manufacturing or printing faults:

  • reasonable screen-to-garment colour differences;
  • minor print-position or scale variations;
  • normal garment-manufacturing tolerances;
  • natural fabric variations;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • accidental damage;
  • misuse;
  • failure to follow the care instructions; or
  • damage caused after delivery.

Every reported issue will still be assessed fairly according to the product description, circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Garment Care

How should I care for my Kat Krush garment?

Always follow the care label attached to the garment.

General guidance is to:

  • wash with similar colours;
  • turn printed garments inside out;
  • use a cool or low-temperature wash;
  • use a mild detergent;
  • avoid bleach;
  • avoid ironing directly over the printed design; and
  • air dry where possible.

Use a tumble dryer only where the garment’s care label permits it.

Correct care helps preserve the fabric, construction and printed design.

Materials and Responsible Production

Why does Kat Krush print products to order?

Printing after an order has been accepted helps Kat Krush avoid holding unnecessary quantities of finished printed stock.

It supports a more considered production model based on genuine demand.

Printed to order does not mean that production has no environmental impact, and we avoid presenting it as a complete sustainability claim.

Are all Kat Krush products made from the same materials?

No. Fabric composition, weight and certifications vary between garments.

Check the individual product page for the exact information applying to the product you are considering.

Krush Club

Do I receive a discount when I join Krush Club?

Yes. New Krush Club members receive 15% off their first eligible order.

Your welcome offer will be sent after you confirm your subscription. Additional members-only offers may be available occasionally. Terms and exclusions may apply.

How do I join?

Join through the Krush Club signup page and enter your email address.

You may need to confirm your subscription through an email sent to your inbox. Check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation message does not appear.

How often will I receive emails?

Krush Club is designed around occasional, relevant communication rather than constant promotional emails.

We send an update when there is something considered and useful to share.

Does joining guarantee a discount?

Krush Club may include introductory or members-only offers, but membership does not guarantee permanent access to a particular discount, product or promotion.

The terms included with each individual offer will apply.

Can I unsubscribe?

Yes. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent essential transactional emails about an order, payment, delivery, return or customer-service request.
