Refund and Returns Policy

At Kat Krush, every item is made to order — printed especially for you. We strive to deliver high-quality, durable apparel that reflects your individuality. Because of our custom print process, returns and refunds work a little differently than with traditional retail stores.


1. Made-to-Order Products

All Kat Krush items are custom printed on demand through trusted fulfilment partners (such as Printful and Printify).
This means:

  • We do not hold stock.
  • Each item is produced only once your order is placed.

As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or colour chosen
  • Change of mind or personal preference

Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue
  3. A short description of the problem

We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement (at no cost) or a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

We’ll cover all shipping or reprint costs for approved claims. claims.


3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking link in your confirmation email.
  2. Contact us if it shows as lost or undelivered.

We will liaise with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund unless proven otherwise.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of product defect or error on our part.


5. Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you wish to reorder in a different size or colour, you may place a new order once your refund (if applicable) is processed.


6. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

Under UK and EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to:

“Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”

All Kat Krush products fall under this category as they are custom-printed after each order.
