We aim to describe all products accurately. However:

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Minor variations may occur between mock-ups and final printed items (as each piece is printed on demand).
Sizes are approximate and shown in unisex or standard fit unless stated otherwise.

If you have sizing questions, please refer to the size chart before ordering.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major payment methods including debit/credit cards and PayPal via secure payment gateways.
Kat Krush reserves the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Order Processing & Fulfilment

All Kat Krush products are made to order through our trusted UK fulfilment partner Inkthreadable.
Once your order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours.
Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide via Inkthreadable’s courier network (Royal Mail, Evri, or DHL depending on destination).
Delivery times vary by country. Estimated times are shown at checkout, but occasional carrier delays are beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout — we cannot replace orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom printed to order, we can only accept returns for:

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items
Incorrect size/item received

If you experience an issue:

Contact hello@katkrush.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preference, so please check sizing carefully before purchase.

8. Kat Krush Club & Promotions

When you join the Kat Krush Club or subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional promotional emails.
You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails.
Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
