Kat Krush — Shipping Policy

At Kat Krush, every piece is crafted to order through our trusted print-on-demand partners to ensure the highest quality.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is made, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • All products are made to order and produced by our UK fulfilment partner Inkthreadable.
    Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales, new launches), production may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • European Union
  • United States & Canada
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • Other international locations where our carriers deliver

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please email hello@katkrush.com and we’ll see what’s possible.


3. Fulfilment Locations

To ensure faster, more reliable delivery, orders are produced and shipped from the fulfilment centre :

  • Orders are produced and shipped from Inkthreadable’s UK facility in Blackburn, England.
    International orders are shipped from the UK using tracked courier services.

This helps reduce both shipping time and carbon footprint 🌿.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs or postal delays are outside our control.


5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For EU or international orders, customs or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders shipped from the UK may be subject to import duties depending on your local laws.


7. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us, we can resend it once new shipping costs are covered.


8. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost in transit (no updates for 15 days UK/EU or 25 days international), contact hello@katkrush.com and we’ll investigate with our fulfilment partner.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for replacement unless proven otherwise.


9. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, they may be sent separately to speed up delivery — you’ll receive separate tracking emails for each parcel.
