Q: Are Kat Krush products unisex?
Yes. Most of our apparel is designed with a relaxed unisex fit, perfect for all body types. Each product listing includes a detailed size guide for reference.
Q: What size should I order?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. For an oversized look, we suggest going one size up from your usual.
Q: Do you restock items?
Our designs are released in limited drops. Some may return as part of seasonal capsules, but many pieces are exclusive — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Q: Are the colours exactly as shown?
We aim for accurate colour representation, but screen settings and lighting may cause slight variations.
Our garments use premium pigment-dyed blanks, so natural shade variations can occur — that’s part of the charm.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then shipping is 1–3 days within the UK or 5–14 days internationally.
- UK: 2–5 days
- EU: 4–8 days
- US: 5–10 days
- Rest of World: 10–20 days
Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Inkthreadable’s UK facility, with tracked delivery for both domestic and international orders.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. It may take up to 48 hours to update.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived — what do I do?
If it’s past the estimated window, please email hello@katkrush.com with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all products are made to order, we only accept returns for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect item or size sent by mistake

We can’t accept returns for wrong size/colour, so please double-check your size chart before ordering.
If your item doesn’t fit, you can always reorder in a new size.
